I just saw that the Red Sea is essentially closed to U.S. and European shipping. China and Russia are still shipping through the Suez Canal while Western shipping is being diverted around Africa but the U.S. Navy and the British navy are still in the Red Sea. While there is a Chinese squadron down there, it is doing nothing. Amazingly, the Brits and the Americans are attempting to protect Chinese and Russian shipping. Does anyone else find this funny in a sick way?
