Anyway, (it would take to long to tell you why) I was doing a search for 3D printers. I found one that had very good reviews for 199.99. It included free shipping. The way these printers have revolutionized the world is amazing. Maybe someday as they become more affordable almost everyone will have one in their home. One of the reviewers said he was making parts for broken toys. I mean yeah, some of the molds and filaments are expensive in themselves..but the last time I had looked at one of these printers it was around 1,000. So they are coming down in price quickly!
I am also amazed at the capability of the 3D printer. It is like a small prefab factory. Honestly, I haven't seen a 3D printer yet but from what I gathered, it can create objects with the desired size and shape depending on the input. In the near future it would be easy to make prototypes of new inventions. But the most promising is the use of the 3D printer in the medical field.
