This is a recipe for a low-carb cheesecake; but it is SO delicious that I think almost anyone who like cheesecake will enjoy this easy dessert. There are about 4 carbs per serving, and the recipe makes four servings. All you do is put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whip until it is fluffy. This cheesecake fluff is incredibly rich and delicious ! I added a little bit of canned pumpkin into the recipe, and some pumpkin pie spice, and topped it with sugar-free whipped cream. Yesterday, I bought fresh eggs, and used what was left of the old ones for deviled eggs. I had a strange (but delicious ) meal of deviled eggs and cheesecake fluff, and felt like I had splurged. I actually sent the link with the recipe to a friend of mine (who is eating vegetarian right now) and she said it looked "sinful".
