What's for lunch?

There's a local stop n' rob about 2 miles up the road from me. Been there a long time and it's on the 3rd owner since I moved here. These folks installed a grill & a fryer and make some pretty good breakfast and lunch sandwiches. It's a little pricey, but I pass right by it to drive another 5 miles to get something cheaper. And there's no traffic to fight. Today I got a Grilled Chicken Wrap. It's pretty good. Has bacon and diced cucumber on it.
 
I think this is an OMAD day. I had labs this morning, so had to fast since yesterday for that, then Bobby needed to go to Home Depot for parts, and we stopped at the Mexican restaurant that is near there, and I had a chili rellano with rice and beans, and I think that it it for me for today.
The heat is horrible today, so I was totally wiped out when we got home and just laid down for a while with the bedroom AC on to help me cool back down again.
 
Today, I am going to make this lentil salad for lunch, and maybe for dinner. I have had chickpeas and other beans in salads but not lentils yet.
Adding:
I made this and had some for breakfast and it is delicious ! It should be even better by lunch when everything has marinated in better. I just used some of my Olive Garden Italian dressing this time.

That looks good. But I couldn't find a recipe on the You Tube site or her website. Did you just wing it regarding measurements?

Yes, that is what I did. She was making a larger salad than I wanted to make, so I just watched what she did , and used about as much as I wanted for my salad. I used the Olive Garden Italian dressing instead of making one, and it worked fine. Since there was no lettuce to wilt, if was still very delicious after marinating overnight in the fridge.

The nachos we had a while back were so good that I made nachos again today. I was going to just make ice cream after the swimming pool, but decided to make the nachos instead.
We can have ice cream later, it is still way hot all the way up to bedtime.
 
A Chicken breast seasoned and breaded by Better Goods..cooked in oven. Stuck it between 2 Keto taco sized tortillas.
Chips and tea- um - an ice cream :)
