Greek yoghurt with blueberries.!
I just got on the scale. Over time I dropped nearly 40# from Peak Obese (190# to 152#.) Gastro issues caused the last 5# of that. I just got on the scale and I've added 6# back. I, too, need to start minding calories again. I should be walking, but that's gonna remain on the Should Do list, I fear.Baked catfish with seasonings, baked crown potatoes, with tomato, onion,avocado on my hard toast
