What's for lunch?

I've been picking up subs at the regional chain gas station/convenience store (Sheetz) lately. They make the subs fresh, and I can get 2 meals out of a 6" sub for only $6. It's as cheap as keeping deli meats on hand, which often spoil before I eat all of it.

There is a major competitor (WaWa) that is supposed to have some really good food opening up soon a few blocks from Sheetz. And they usually offer ethanol-free gas. It's under construction. The downside is that--along with a massive apartment/townhouse project--my main shopping place is shortly gonna become a nasty congested nightmare. Friggin' politicians can never abide the status quo.

I didn't feel like making anything so I went to a local diner and had fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, and green beans. I suspect that dinner is gonna be a salad with cheese & crackers.
