What's for Breakfast?

I started back on the human version of OsteoMax by 100X-Equine that I feed my 30-ish horse for his arthritis issues.

Blech —- it is a slimy terrible tasting liquid-ish product. The only thing I can mix it with that mostly hides the taste is applesauce. So that and two slices of toast was breakfast after I got the horses their breakfast.

Like all mates of sick folks tend to do, I left it and other health things go for myself when husband started going downhill with cancer to take care of him.

It’s as close to a magic bullet as it gets for my horse and helped me walk with less discomfort. I need to get with the program again is all there is to it.

I received my egg cups from Amazon, so made a couple of soft boiled eggs for breakfast. I've not had them in a long time. They were pretty good.

Those are cheap ones I just bought.

You can find fancy porcelain ones, like these:

These hold the soft boiled egg so you can take off the top and dip your toast in the runny yolk.

Have you never had soft boiled eggs, or did you eat them some other way? I've used juice glasses with paper towel shoved in them to hold the egg.
