Taking vitamins/supplements.

I'm not a supplement believer, though for a while I took melatonin to help me fall asleep. I also tried magnesium for a short time but I never saw any benefit. I try to take a multivitamin but even that is hit or miss.

I take a number of supplements. Some, because I can definitely see a difference, and some because research I have read indicates long-term use is beneficial. The ones I can definitely see an effect are magnesium (leg cramps) and B100 (general mood elevation). D3 and K2 research shows long-term benefits as does fish oil/ omega-3. I don't check blood work often unless ordered on the yearly VA physical.
