Not that any of us need more junque, but Prime Day has started on Amazon. Of course other stores (Walmart, Best Buy, Target, etc.) have come up with their own sales to compete. You might want to check your wish list to see if there is some irresistible bargain.

Apparently Amazon has had to dig deep into the delivery applicant pool to staff up for Prime Days volume.

I browsed but didn’t see anything we had to have, and the only thing I bought for Prime was more protein drinks. We use them all the time, and they were on sale, so it is something i would have bought anyway.

I ordered dog and cat food from Sam’s Club this morning, and it is supposed to be delivered today. Usually it ships with Fed-Ex, and takes several days, so I think that maybe Sam’s is doing some runner delivery now, like Walmart does.
It is strange with Walmart, you have to buy at least $35 worth of grocery’s for delivery, but I can order an item for shipping, (like the soaker hose I just got), and it is delivered right away for free, and can be any price.
They just send it out with a runner.

I've never been a Prime Member (except for that brief period when they got me as I clicked through my order), and out of curiosity I perused the site yesterday. I really didn't see anything special. I find more stuff I want rummaging through second hand stores.
