I rarely put a lot of faith in reviews ("I just ordered this and they've not even shipped but I'm sure I'll love it so I give it 5 Stars!!!"), but 100% negative feedback for a Seller is a big old red flag. That being said, I, too, have talked myself into charging forward in the face of contravening reality.

Did you put it on credit card? Maybe you can have the charge reversed.

Has anyone else noticed that you can no longer just browse products on Amazon without logging in? It just started happening for me a few days ago. I open Amazon and search for a product, and am prompted to log in in order to see the search results. The other odd thing is it recognized my browser, because it prompted my email address to send a security code to.

I'm always logged in automatically, so I haven't come across it yet. That would seem like an odd feature, though, because if someone is not already signed up with Amazon, they would want to see what they have first.

This is not happening for me. I opened Safari (that I never use) and went to Amazon where I am not logged on. I could search for and browse anything.

I have Safari and just tried to view an item on Amazon as a test — which I never use Amazon.

It did in fact ask me to log in. I did not log in and never will.
