J. D. Vance

I hear a lot of comparisons of J. D. Vance with Trump, in which he doesn’t compare well, but I think that people are looking for the wrong thing. Assuming, and I’m not sure we can do that, Vance will continue a version of the Trump agenda, he needs to do so as J. D. Vance, not as Trump. He needs to be his own person. He has the charisma- it’s just different from Trump’s. I think I would rather have Vance than Rubio.

I think JD has dialed it back while he's second fiddle to Trump. I expect we will see a much more dynamic personality when Trump's term is coming to an end. I like what I have seen of JD, but Marco Rubio is definitely my pick (at this time) for the next president. Marco doesn't tone it down for anyone... not even Trump.

I’m getting some mixed information.
Rubio said that “IF” J.D. ran for the Presidency that he’d be the first one in line to endorse him.

Since I haven’t heard or read anything to the contrary, I assumed that Vance’s name was already in the hat but Rubio’s statement tells me that there’s nothing definite yet.
If J.D. Vance doesn’t run, another assumption is that Rubio will make his second bid for the cat bird seat.

The Republican side has an overabundance of excellent presidential candidates...and then there's the Democrats.
