The last thing I would ever do is to hurt someone's feelings.
This day was an exception.
My neighbor was very kind, but so needy for attention, and so very nosy.
One day, after watching a piano being delivered for my daughter who wanted to take piano lessons, she was at the door, and asking how we got the money for a piano. Her guess it was a gift from the grandparents.
It was Bonus money, but it irritated me.
Next knock was her asking if I had what I thought she said was time.
I said "you took up all my time already!
WHAT SHE ACTUALLY SAID WAS THYME!!
OOPS!
