Introductions

Have been hesitant about posting an intro, since most of y'all know each other.

Hubby and I have worked hard, now retired. Now we just support doctors. :)

Likes: Humor, games, animals and chocolate.

That about says it all. Look forward to interacting.

Howdy Mabel; it's nice to have you join us. 💐 Would you share where you live? (Nothing specific... just a state or if you're outside the US.) I'm in Houston Texas.

Warm welcome to you, Smithy!

Your name reminds me of Smith & Smith, a Canadian couple that graced our television network with some of the best comedy ever, with the Mr., eventually going it alone with his very own television show, The Red Green Show.

There are a few folks here who have known each other for over 10 years from another forum. Then Ken Anderson started SOC and the rest of us joined over time as you just did. The first iteration went away (over a year ago?) when the forum hosting service had issues, and Ken restarted us with a better hosting service, I guess a few months ago. It's small enough that people get to know each other pretty well, and we're still in reunion mode...but we ain't clannish.

Welcome!!

Hello – new here. I am from Canada, yes, the land of snow. I am suffering through a long winter, longing for the warmer days of Spring. I am looking forward to participating in this forum’s posts.
Welcome @Holly Gray!!! I can certainly identify with cold, snow, and long winters. What part of Canada do you hail from?

Welcome from the state of Virginia, Holly. We've had a spate of the white stuff, but probably nothing like you get up north.
