Indian H-1B workers and illegals taking American Jobs.

Many of the large corporations here in the US are now run my Indian CEO’s , and they have been firing the American workers and hiring H-1B workers to replace them. We already have discovered that companies were giving a lot of our jobs to the illegals, and often paying them in cash so they could pay less wages and not give any benefits like a regular company would do. Tyson Chicken company fired a lot of their people, closed the plant, and then reopened it with the illegal workers.

We have many of the gas stations and hotels now owned/managed by Indian people , many of them here on their work visa. Somehow, they have managed to buy homes and get 30 year mortgages, even though they only have a 3 year work visa. This is a good part of the reason that homes are now so expensive that many Americans can no longer buy a home.

An even worse thing is that they have discovered that India was selling degrees for things like being a medical doctor, so people could buy the degree, come to the United States, and then become a doctor here. When you look at the doctors, many of them are no longer Americans, they are from other countries and have come here.
Bobby and I believe that the doctor that we were seeing was probably one of these people with a fake degree. He didn’t do anything in the office except greet people, and then he sent us to his nurses for anything that actually needed to be taken care of.

I believe the H-1B visa has a term of 6 years but I could be wrong. Generally, professional-level occupations in engineering, biological, physical, social sciences, mathematics, and business administration will qualify for H-1B. Elon Musk was an H-1B Visa holder.

Education on US Bachelor level or documented increase of responsibility in field specific work of three for one. A cap of 100.000 total and country of origin quotas plus lottery are still in place. 2025 brought the 100k quota.
