Are whip-poor-wills intentionally annoying?

Do you have the MWB extension installed? I don't. I hear it can be "buggy."

I went into my MWB and found nothing recent in the Detection History.

Yes, I have the Browser Guard installed. I've never had any problem with it that I'm aware of. I have more annoying things happen with Firefox, every damn time they update. (I'm on a Macbook with latest iOS.)

I didn't get the warning when I opened this thread this time.

I guess you saw my first comment...I deleted the linked pic and ran it through IMGUR. That site is bad juju.

Maybe I'll install Browser Guard.

I will trade you our neighborhood roosters all crowing for your whip-poor-will crying at night, @John Brunner ! Chickens, and especially roosters, are not supposed to be allowed here in the Huntsville city limits; but since all of the Hispanics moved in, they all have a backyard farm, and at the crack of dawn, the whole neighborhood erupts with the morning sounds of roosters trying to out crow each other, and it does not stop until they are worn out and go to roost at night.

We have had “visiting” chickens, ducks, rabbits, and even pigs that have wandered out of someone else’s yard and arrived here in our yard. Bobby and I have been expecting to see cows any day now……
Yvonne, I think it is time for you all to have some chicken soup, peking duck, rabbit stew, and a nice big pork roast. Get the big stock pot out and let's cook! :D

Well, okay; but the problem is that I am still on the whole food plant based eating plan, and I think that all of those critters know that they are safe in our yard, and much more likely to be dinner if they stay in their own yard.
