Good evening to all- Ken- jokes to a large extent depend on voicing, phrasing, and verbal delivery. Without those elements, all a reader has to go on is the word. If your previous message was a joke- OK. it was a joke. Not a good one. you all be safe and kep well-Ed

"It's interesting how selective we can be when it comes to the concept of survival of the fittest. I would think an evolutionist might consider that only the smarter turtles will survive to produce offspring." Good evening to all- Ken, please excuse me, but this statement shows a very limited...

Good evening to all- Well, perhaps the problem does not lie with my words, but perhaps in the limitations of those who try to read and understand them. And I do NOT insult anyone- unless they are insulted by the truth. And once again, if you are "tired" of my words, then DON'T READ THEM...

Good afternoon to all- " I doubt he comprehends the importance of history," You do not make your meaning clear, but IF you are referring to me, I must take exception to your words. I absolutely do comprehend the importance of history, and I have spent a great deal of time both in formal...

good afternoon to all- I am personally opposed to any and all kinds of plastic bagging and packaging. Here on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, idiots who bring bags on their boats too often toss the ice bags or other plastic stuff into the water. this floats away, and sea turtles find it, and...

Good afternoon to all- So, we have had a very calm summer so far here, but it appears that something nasty is blowing up down in the Bay of Campeche in the Gulf of Mexico. And while the weather folks don't know how much this storm will develop- it may just be a heavy rain maker or it might...

Good afternoon to all- " sort of like tying a string around a hemorrhoid cuts off its blood supply and makes it go away." Well, I must bow to your "superior knowledge and experience" in this matter. I have no experience with hemorrhoids, so I'll take your word for it- you seem to be an...

Good morning to all- With all due respect to the previous poster, let me say that I have studied- in great detail, I might add- the rise of Nazi politics and power in Germany. I would put my studies and learning about this topic up against most anyone's here on this forum. And with this in...

Good morning to all- Not much planned today. Feed chickens, check garden, scratch Gray Tom the outside cat. Yesterday we made a meat run up to the Creek Indian reservation to buy beef at their excellent meat processing plant- great beef and better prices than the local big box stores- and...

Good morning to all- "To call Trump a convicted felon and claim that is truth, shows me those that spout such to stir up hate, sympathize with Nazi fascist ideology." This is most likely the most ridiculous, strange-minded, and downright silly statement I've ever read on this site- and there...

Good evening to all- Let me post this response again. "Parroting" is what happens when a person writes or repeats what someone else has produced. My closing statement is my own invention- I got it from no one else. It is is not "parroting". And my words are not "juvenile". I taught middle...

Good evening to all- Do so if that makes you happy. I will not fret over your "ignore" in the least. you all be sae and keep well- and confusion to the republcians Ed

Good evening to all- Let's be honest here. When I use the term "felon" to apply to the First Felon, I am not trying to be "clever". I am just being truthful and accurate. The present occupant of the White House IS a felon. "libiots"? Interesting term you have there- worthy of the First...

Good afternoon to all- Fare Fox- I agree with you totally. Private citizens should expect to be able to express opinions and thought without being labeled and being accused of anything except expressing their thought. Differing views can also be expected to be made and heard- it's their...

Good morning to all- Yep, I have worn "over hauls"- that's how it was pronounced in the Ozarks... And I found bibs to be quite comfortable when working up firewood- chainsawing and splitting and loading. I don't have much backside to help hold up belted pants, and when I am bending and...

Good afternoon to all- The First Felon achieved his conviction on 34 counts of falsifying business records in order to defraud. This has to do with his payments to a porn star to keep her silence about his activities with her. Bill Clinton was never convicted of any sort of criminal activity...

Good morning to all- You'll NEVER hear me claim Bill Clinton was a saint. I grew up in Arkansas and I am much the same age as Bill Clinton, and like most people who were in Arkansas at that time, I knew who and what Bill was. He had so much potential to do good things. The fact that he could...

Good afternoon to all- OK, here are my own words. If Trump cured cancer... will never happen because he never actually did anything in his whole life. He wouldn't know how to make something, or build something, or actually do anything. Putting forth this idea here about the "unfair"...

Good morning to all- "I question the general use of the word "conservative" to identify a wide group of people." Ken- I totally agree with your statement. I would add that it is also questionable to label people as "liberal". For example, I am personally the most conservative person you are...

Good afternoon to all- Ken- I agree. What the poster copied and pasted makes a point I understand, and in fact, I agree with, but I much prefer such concepts to be phrased in individual and personal terms and in "real people" language. I spent a great deal of time in my misspent youth...
