    What Are You Doing Today?

The weather was finally a normal hot this morning with “only” sticky humidity, so I went to TSC to load up on a month’s supply of horse feed and three weeks worth of dog feed. I knew they would be well stocked as the Celebration starts on the 26th and the store will be continually packed full...

How's the Weather Where You Are?

@Yvonne Smith Your storm grazed my general area, but we missed the worst of it. We are supposed to now be “seasonally” in the low 90’s with sticky humidity, as opposed to high 90’s and miserably oppressive humidity.

When you dutifully report for your annual (or regular) doctor's checkup, how do you approach it?

I usually ask myself how fast can I lose ten pounds. On my last visit I had lost 12 pounds, sweating it off at the barn, plus my appetite is different since my last concussion. 12# will keep the doctor from repeating himself about losing a little weight.🥸🥸.

What Hobbies do you do now?

@Yvonne Smith. You have an incredible gift. You could make decent money by printing your art on a good commercial printer, Using a good (and proper) commercial paper. You could set up a vendor booth at certain events and I can pretty much bet you would sell out and have orders. For example...

Our Aversion to Snakes and Spiders

The pest control service was here ~10 days ago because “things” now seem to want in the house where it’s comfortable. I think this one got disturbed from the crawlspace. It wasn’t moving all that fast. Probably its size kept it from being wiped out from the pesticide. It was too big for me...

What Hobbies do you do now?

I used to love to read and sew but my eyes reached a point where they couldn’t do either. I still do online crosswords and solitaire. The real hobby love of my life is my horses. @Yvonne Smith I tried coloring. The simplest of pictures. Not only do I not have the patience for something...

    Flock Cameras and Privacy Concerns

For every viable use of anything, there’s a negative . I can remember years ago when a car slid on ice and crashed into a pond. The driver drowned because the seatbelt jammed, to make my point. What I see on the local news is police are using the Flock cams for their own devious purposes...

Alleged drug mixup leaves 72 yo woman paralyzed

She only went in for knee surgery and is now paralyzed. They aren’t saying if it’s temporary or not. This was at Ascension St.Thomas, a well respected hospital in Middle Tennessee. The hospital PR have insued apologies. I’ll bet they have for the “alleged mixup of drugs”...

Our Aversion to Snakes and Spiders

Not sure this will post. Internet and my IPad have not been getting along. Did not use Imgur. I wish this forum would allow direct uploads from each person’s Cloud. If this posts, I’ll explain. Okey dokey. I am pretty sure this is a grass spider and it is every bit as big as it looks...
