My local expert Jon took me to a museum of modern art just outside of Hobart that is supposed to be all the rage. I knew from the moment I had to pay not $10 entry fee but $30 that my day was going to be a disaster. This place was huge and I sure got some exercise walking its many exhibitions.. but they were oh so boring. There were two tho that clicked with me the Egyptian statue and a water display which spelt out words as it cascaded to the floor.
This scene of hundreds of black swans on the upper Derwent River fascinated me. Feeding the fish at a Salmon Farm north of Hobart. The oldest bridge in Tasmania.. perhaps Australia.
