If you're new here, or if you haven't been taking part in forum discussions, the best thing to do is to simply jump in on a discussion anywhere. Pick something that looks interesting, and make it even more interesting. Trust me, the forum is way more fun when you're a part of it, and it'll be better for the rest of us, too. We have an Introductions area, but you aren't required to introduce yourself. If you'd rather just dive in, you can do that, as well.
I see a few new names on.....hope they post something. Always nice to get new members. Guess I'll welcome one name I remember seeing and that is @Al Amoling!
I have been approving from five to seven new members per week, and some of you have jumped into our discussions, making yourselves a part of our little family here. However, others, and perhaps the majority, have not posted. You are perfectly free to lurk for as long as you'd like to (that's not an insulting term, but simply a reference to those who read but don't participate in discussions), but it really is more fun (for all of us) when you become part of the conversation. So please, feel free to jump in on any discussion or to create one of your own.
Recovery is going quite well. Have stopped using my walker. Therapist just left and noted significant progress. BTW Op was triple bypass plus valve replacement.
