Some of you may know that @John Donovan has created a blog that focuses on senior issues called Top Senior Life. He has included a blog entry about the SENIORSonly Club forum that I would like to acknowledge. He has several other interesting topics there, as well. Take a look at it. Thanks, John.
Oh yes. Years ago, I started a local political forum, and to get it going I argued with myself. I even banned myself at one point. I hated to do it, but it just had to be done.
Love it Ken thanks, I knew nothing about how forums were started or indeed maintained, it's a different world indeed. I do often talk to myself, so I guess that's a start.
Great article @Ken Anderson your Bio is really interesting thanks very much, it's nice to get to know more about you, and thanks again for this great forum..!
A good read all around. I enjoyed reading the eyesight advice. ... and really clever about the few fake accounts in the beginning.
Including daily capsules with Lutein, Zeaxanthin & Omega-3s. Organic carrot juice is one of my daily staples too. It's good for eyes and skin.
I didn't have a thread set aside for that at the time that he first announced it, but @Bill Boggs also has a blog. His is called First Sooner or, more simply, The Journal. As you are surely aware from his posts, he is quite the storyteller, so you might want to have a look at it if you haven't already.
I have a little (intermittent) blog, too, although I only add things when I feel the urge to write a story. Perhaps some of the other seniors on here have a blog or webpage, too ? I think @Lara Moss has poetry, but not sure of she has a blog or website for it, and @Holly Saunders has pictures. Maybe you could add a little place where we could just mention that. I changed my signature because everyone wanted to know where we were all living, so most of us added our location instead of whatever else we had as a signature. I was thinking of one of those little sub-forum titles, like you added to health or the food thread, maybe right here under the announcements. Would something like that work ?
