I just put up a warning on this YouTube video in comment section. wonder how many others have been "improved" by them,Change your life? THATs AN UNDERRSTATEMENT OF THERE EVER WAS ONE.
I would agree @Marie Mallory. Doing squats at PT is what ruined my left knee. I don't know if it did anything good, but it will now haunt me.I just put up a warning on this YouTube video in comment section. wonder how many others have been "improved" by them,Change your life? I have told that story before. It was getting PT for my back injury and the squats they had me doing popped the meniscus in my left knee. At least that is what the physical therapist who did said. I have been to several orthopedic docs and they are afraid to do an MRI on me due to a pacemaker, so they could go in blind and poke around. So far I have been unwilling to submit to that, so I suffer periods of crippling pain and it eventually ebbs only to return at a later time. Hopefully you don't have something like this and yours will heal.So sorry, Don, I don't know whats permanent yet, I just know there is lots of it now.
When did you hurt your knee?

We all must control our healthcare decisions. Of course, my problem in all likelihood couldn't have been foreseen. I am sure that hundreds of people have done what I did without incident. I have considered that some of the problems I have had may have been linked to antibiotic exposure as tendon and ligament issues are known to occur years after exposure to certain antibiotics.Oh my goodness Don, thanks for the warning when I go to PT. Doctors can be lifesaving ,they can also be dangerous to your health, of course most are ok.

Squats and old age don't work together. What must be kept in mind, especially for us old gals, is that we have lost our elasticity. We can't be doing things like squats that are unfriendly to, lower back, hips and knees. I have never seen a good reason for squats, at any age. and there are 1000 other more effective exercises that can be used to target special problems, especially in us oldies. Basic rule is to walk when possible. Don't use a riding mower, use a power drive walk behind. I have always laughed at my old neighbor that mows with a riding mower, and then goes for a walk.
Concerning squatting, us gals get enough of that, during the night, with potty runs.![]()
Fluoroquinolones are the ones that affect tendons and such. Cipro and Levaquin are the most commonly usedI think that is what has happened to my hand/wrist.But there was no other choice but to take antibiotics. I didn't know much about consequences of taking new antibiotics, or certain ones anyway. I only had a few Penicillin shots as a kid. I have wrapped my wrist with different wrist supports over the years to help support it, when doing lots of work. I get buy.

Nor a fan of day light savings. Just means more time in the dark when you wake at 4am, aka 5am DLST.
Pain level is still extremely high, plus a few more area's joined in today ,top of feet, bottom of feet.
I put off tylenol but am about to take it now. Drug store open's today, so may get muscle relaxer and galvepentin.
Marie, that migrating pain to your feet is making me wonder if you have nerve damage. The pain can travel via the nerve paths in your body, so you probably should definitely get the gabapentin and start taking it. Not to beat a dead horse, but you are probably well aware that diabetics often have nerve damage in the feet. I'm glad you'll see the doctor tomorrow.
I hope you get the MRI, Marie. I believe it can see soft tissue, any nerve damage around your spine and discs. Maybe the MRI can pin point your pain.
What does your PCP and Ortho say?Er doc seems to think it's just a strained muscle and nerve damage. Says I need PT.
