Anyone have the full text of the USAF paper Weather as a Weapon. Came out two or more decades ago. Since tech has gone warp speed, perhaps they are far ahead of schedule. If you search for the title of the paper, use alternate search engine. Quakes. Volcanoes, Hurricanes were supposed to be added to the arsenal. Any additional research sources of non agenda folk appreciated.
