Okay, just like when the computer age came into being with new words or old words with new meanings like Ram, Mouse, Icon, Avatar etc., the Covid-19 virus age has brought us some new words.

    1. Quarantine is now Corntine and corona is now shortened to Rona.
    2. A Quarantini is a cocktail one drinks whilst one is in quarantine but typically a margarita made with...Corona beer.
    3. A Coronababy is that little rascal that showed up 9 months after being quarantined whilst “chillin” with your mate which brings us to Cornteen when that same rascal comes into his or her teens.
    4. Zoombomb is when someone posts vulgar language or nasty pictures on zoom.
    5. Covidiot or moronovirus was first used to describe those who didn’t take the virus seriously but is now used to describe actual idiots who appear in public wearing things like a KKK hood instead of a mask or those who punch holes in their masks so they can breath better.
Also, many governors are now known as covidiots for taking things too far.
    6. Coronageddon and Gallows Scrolling. The first one to describe this era and the second is when someone scrolls (with phone or computer) through to find news about coronageddon.

There are a few more new words but since I didn’t study them very hard I guess I simply do not remember them.
Maybe you guys have heard of a few.

COVID-19 came into common usage after it was pointed out that a coronavirus is simply a common cold. Initially, everyone was referring to it as the Wuhan Virus, which would follow the traditional naming of such things after the place where they first came about. But, of course, the leftists (namely the media) would rather people believe that Trump created the virus than let China get the blame, so they did their solidarity dance with China and started referring to it as the coronavirus. That wasn't scary enough though, so COVID-19 became the preferred term.

Which also stands for CO=Corona, VI=Virus, D=Disease and last but not least 19 for 2019 when it first made the grade to potentially become a pandemic.
Imagine that, a bad cold becoming a pandemic and in 2019. Who woulda thought.
