Lots of activity at 4:30 pm (London time) at the crossing. One boy carried a chair out into the middle of the road and had his picture taken.

I wonder why no one has tried extreme ironing on the crossing?

    One after the other...
The Beatles' photographer throughout the 60s and creator of their famous mob top hair style Astrid Kirchherr who'd met them while she was living in Hamburg died a few days ago. I didn't know that she is actually credited with that.

There is never an hour goes by it seems that someone doesn't pose for a picture on that cross walk, even during the pandemic.

Is it always windy in London in the day time? Next time heavy fog is predicted would someone let me know. I want to see A Foggy Day in London Town, live.

Recording of the Beatles first live performance after Ringo Starr became their drummer. The nightclub is called "The Cavern" in Liverpool, and according to comments, the date was August 22, 1962.

    (Two takes, plus)

Petula Clark references the club twice as "a cellar full of noise" in her 1965 hit record I Know a Place. The original Cavern closed in March, 1973.

    I only see the resemblance in Paul's, George's & Ringo's dads.

James McCartney look's like a creepy Monty Python, now Richard Starkey has that Ringo Nose for sure.
