Please, everyone, if someone has a question about how to find their way around here or how to do something, and you think you have the answer, please help them out. If you have something you'd like to ask me about without posting it in a public thread, feel fee to bring me into a conversation or you can email me. It looks like we are already getting spam members, so maybe making the registration say it is for seniors and having to add their age and use a first/last name like we did before will stop some of those kind of people/bots.

All of that takes time, but if you tell me who the spammers are, I'll take care of it. Looking at the list of members thus far, I think I can guess who it is, though. I have toggled the 50 year requirement, which wasn't the default, and I will be setting the forum to require manual approval rather than automated approval via email, which was the default. I left that set because I knew we were going to be on the road and I didn't want you guys to have to wait for me. Once, I'm settled, I'll toggle that, and will be replacing automatic registration with the Q&A CAPTCHA that we used on the old forum. That takes time to set up though, in writing questions and every imaginable correct answer to them, so that it confounds the bots without confounding genuine registrants.
