Does anyone ever remember .................... jumping beans???
I had a few of them but they didn't actually jump but they did move when held in your hand..
I guess they are gone but not forgotten...

I used to have a bunch of them in an empty chocolates box when I was a kid. They sat in the closet, forgotten, for a long time. I stumbled upon the box one day, and when I opened it up, the beans had little holes in them where the worms had drilled out and there were a bunch of dead little moths in it. I kinda felt bad. They never had a chance.

It was always a guilty pleasure the way it burnt your nose when you burped after drinking this stuff. And this was the bellyache treatment that WE got as kids.
I grew up on the West side of Michigan, but we always had Vernor's ginger ale.

The only time I like ginger ale is with a scoop of orange sherbet in it.
