@Ina I. Wonder , No, but managing costs was an integral part of my job. Getting money allocated to design, build and implement something, required detailed planning and of course... adhering to the budget. Whether it was over or under budget +/-5%, I had to explain the why... and then the why I didn't plan properly. A lot of those details can be used from project to project and changes can be understood and incorporated.
