Perhaps so, my dear Lady Fox...perhaps so. Shown are my other Electrostatic Machines, all hand-cranked except for the motor-driven unit, which generates 500,000 to 600,000 volts. Hal
@Hal Pollner Ok now you are impressing me! Great craftsmanship and look like art sculptures. No electrical input required. I hope you display those proudly. I once hooked an alternator to a stationary bike for charging my batteries when I lived off the grid. I had a wind generator, a small low output generator on the creek, and solar cells but they sometimes couldn't keep up with the current draw on my nickel-iron batteries. I had the deep cycle but replaced them with the nickel-iron.
Thanks, Lady Fox...I really appreciate positive comments coming from someone who knows a great deal about the subject! I no longer have the two counter-rotating disc Bonetti machines, but I still have the small 12-inch Wimshurst Machine, which generates a mere 75,000 volts after a few turns of the crank! I still have my 500,000 volt Van de Graaff Machine, which I ordered from a scientific apparatus company. Like Nikola Tesla himself, I was always fascinated by High Voltages. Cheers, Hal
It wasn't a big, nor little secret , not a secret at all at one time. The "genius minds" all got bribed/hired/ to provide more money instead of clean ways of energy and inexpensive ways of living - all about money in control.
