My husband has those on that do "First Time Hearing This Band" type ones. I can hear them when I am in the kitchen and have to laugh when they react to a song they can't figure out what it's about. They come up with some crazy thoughts.

Heading up to the big Quarter Century mark. The only thing I find frustrating in life currently is things take longer to accomlish. Like yard work, and cleaning. Yet, it's not like I have a busy schedule anyway! I have time to sit and listen to birds now when taking breaks and how beautiful is that?

Took my dog for a beautiful walk by the lake. Chatted with a neighbor about silly things. Had a laugh, which is always good. Watched 3 young boys catch some pretty good sized Bluegill They were so excited, made me smile. It's been a good day so far!

Hiccups being mentioned: you know how a baby gets them and quite often? That is what starts the electrical impulses for a baby to begin learning. Like speech, tactile feelings, etc to enable the brain to soak in information. So maybe in the elderly it's a good sign? Maybe getting them helps to...

One day at a time, grateful on days I wake up. I have been at death's door twice and I can't say in my case it was painful, almost serene actually. I sure am not yet ready to want it to be final though.
