    I not only act out some dreams, I often remain in that dream when I awaken. Takes me a few minutes to realize that I am fully awake. I take magnesium every day, and at least I've stopped walking in my sleep. For my RLS, the doctor ordered 100mg. Gabapentin at bedtime. Works.
