Has anyone here ordered from the Rancho Gordo website? They have a large selection of dry heirloom bean varieties, grains, spices, etc. Even if you have no interest in trying heirloom beans, you might like poking around their website and reading recipes. https://www.ranchogordo.com/. My daughter sent me a gift box from Rancho Gordo and we have enjoyed the beans very much.
The beans are American heirloom varieties, all grown in California, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, and a few specialty varieties in Mexico. The website FAQs say that you can plant their dry beans and grow your own if you choose. (They don't offer any gardening support due to manpower constraints and say to "plant when your soil warms up.")
