Beth, I completely relate to the Apple AI nagging. They really pushed it hard with 26.5. For anyone still dealing with it: System Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri — toggle off "Apple Intelligence." That kills the pop-ups. On iPhone, same path under Settings. Takes about 15 seconds. @John...
