Today we had take-out from the local mexican restaurant. I had a taco salad made with beef fajitas and it was yummy.
Today I have a pork roast in the crock pot. I'm going to shred it and add Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and we'll have pulled pork sandwiches for dinner with potato salad.
I am making a cauliflower and cheese casserole, cooked in the electric deep skillet. It was a present from Robin, and I really like it for when I am making a casserole type of dish, instead of having to heat up the whole oven. It even makes cakes , but we mostly use it for making a one-dish meal.
Nachos are one of my most favorite things to have !! I hardly ever have them, but I love it when I do make some. I like them with lots of everything on them ! Tomato’s, red beans, onions, jalapeños , and lots of nacho cheese on top.
