mine. actually its wallpaper
Mine is on my iPad, and I change it to whatever picture catches my fancy, or that I feel like looking at. I don't change it a lot, and I like pictures that usually have lakes or forests, with a lot of greenery.
Right now, it is of a creek in north Idaho, and is a picture that my son, who lives up there, took.
now that's a beauty
I'm so dumb I started to look for the photo of my actual DESK and post it on here. I don't know how to show what is on my computer desktop. How do you do that? This computer has my grandson and my daughter at his dad's memorial service and the desktop computer has a photo of my oldest granddaughter holding her dog and our 2 little dogs. I can't recall what is on the screen of my little traveling computer.
My own photo of early morning in Delhi India
Well your actual desk may be interesting as well Linda, though mine is often too untidy to be presentable. You just use a print screen button on a PC it's usually one of the top buttons to the right of F1 to F12, a video here
I only use pictures I've taken myself as desktop wallpaper....and I change them regularly....currently I'm using this street scene which I took last year.. ...
Hehe I did the same, @Linda Binning . And my next thought was "No WAY am I taking a picture of my desk when I'm about to do taxes this week! My picture is of the Castillo de San Marcos... one of my favorite places on earth, at St. Augustine, Florida. It's my own pic, and I have no idea how to find it to share it here.
I have this one on my desktop but I also use it occasionally as my avatar.
I also like this this Snow-Leopard, which is free wallpaper. I've yet to use it though.
Looks like a CT. lighthouse next to regular (caretaker) house on the side of a hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Now, the screen saver I have on my iPhone is of Star Wars...........what else!
My old Mac just has a generic blue cloud type scene. Nothing exciting.
My ipad is generic but it's a little crazy!
Hi Gary, pretty!! I just saw a movie that was wonderful! It was like being out on the ocean because it was 3D. I can't think of the name now, but the one about the guy that wrote Moby Dick. The Heart of the Sea I think?? It's been a couple months, but my memory should be a bit better, lol
Mine look like dis Actually, that is a photo taken of the lighthouse in my, little town. I didn't take it though, lol:
Here bonnie, you gotta start livin, LOL!!
WOW, @Chrissy Page ! ! That, and a cup of your strong coffee, and you will be hopping around the room while you type .
That is a BRIGHT desktop, for sure. I like something that is more laid-back, and usually it is a landscape, often one that I "steal" from one of my kid's Facebook page.
I know @Yvonne Smith , I just got so used to it when I try to go back to something simple it feels like I'm in a fog, lol.
I LOVE this Holly! How I want to go there someday, but until then, I love the photos from friends like yourself, and/or the www where I can see places I'll only dream of going denise
Gorgeous Lara, and I love tigers. I have this for my "theme" on Firefox (actually Palemoon, but it's a branch off FF):
So cool, you have gotten to see many places Terry!!
If Terry's vid doesn't get ya there Linda, I can help you through it
Gads Yvonne, this is lovely!!
Thanks Terry, I just watched the video. I use Libre Office Writer so I don't have Word anymore. I'm sure I'll get it figured out soon though. First I have to locate Print Screen on here. And thanks also Denise. I might be emailing you about this.
On my Windows 7/Toshiba laptop, the FN button down on the far left next to ctrl (control) key, plus the printscreen key is up in the right top keys. Mine is on the "End" key and says prtsc.
Sure, write me and I'll put some step by step pics for you if you need me to hugs, denise
