Look again at the penguins! I glanced at the picture, then read the caption, looked again, and the caption made no sense. I thought the left penguin was tightening a noose about his neck, ready to hang himself! Then it dawned! The "rope" was the corner of the room.

Such error stems from having a highly "artistic" mind, don'tcha think?

The idea of a penguin wearing a tie and glasses, is funny all by itself.

@Joe Riley, I've been up a couple of hours, so to pass the time I'm here reading old posts. After reading that you counted your mirrors, I had to do the same. I have three. No wonder the kids fought so in the mornings.

I look in the mirror and see a woman who tries her best to love everyone with the love of God....but sometimes fails at this. I'm sorry for those times I've failed.

More people might see a resemblance to their parents or other relatives, if they looked at a photo, or into a true (non-reversing) mirror, rather than a regular mirror.

"When you look at a family photo everyone else looks as you expect them to, but you don't. Meanwhile, everyone else is thinking exactly the same thing."

Your face is the wrong way round to what you are expecting. You tend to overlook irregularities because you are used to seeing them in a regular mirror. A True (non-reversing) Mirror is a must have. ;)

    (first 2:30 minutes)

"The biggest difference that this kind of mirror enables is direct, real time eye contact with yourself. Your expressions can actually work in this mirror, which is a key element of the way people see you…not just as a face, but as a person who is animating your face."

Now I want one of these mirrors. How hard would it be to cut your hair with scissors looking into one?

Non-reversing mirrors can be purchased on Amazon for about $50.

If that's the pink one, the housing is cardboard and it's only 9" x 8." They are not hard to make but best if you use front surface coated mirrors. If they are, $50 is not a bad price for the mirrors alone.

I'd like to hang one in a public place, just to get people's reactions. It would freak me out.
