@Steve North I notice you/wife often have eggs (as do lots of people). I used to like scrambled or fried eggs, but for the past few years they just don't agree with me and I don't like the smell. (Strange, I know) I eat a boiled egg maybe once or twice a week, and must be careful to watch dates. Sometimes a relative or my SO might come over and have scrambled eggs or omolette but otherwise a dozen eggs lasts me a month or longer.

Tonight I'll have leftover B/S chicken thighs and a salad.

We have eggs almost every morning.. always 3 eggs each and I buy the JUMBO eggs that often have double yolks.. My wife likes hers as an omelette which is with some heavy cream and some herbs such as chives, while I like mine just plain and scrambled.. sometimes I will add some mozzarella cheese to mine..
A dozen eggs lasts us 2 days in our house.. That doesn't include some eggs I cook with.. When I go shopping which is only once a week, I usually buy 6 dozen eggs.. I sometimes get them from the Mennonites down the road, but they only have brown eggs and I like white ones.. Can't peel a brown egg...
She also likes her 2 slices of Turkey bacon with her omelette..

My wife and I eat a lot of eggs too, not as many as you, but more than most I believe.

Tonight (Tuesday) I made meatloaf.. I made only half of the meat (225g) and froze the rest.. I put the meatloaf in muffin tins and made individual ones.. That way I don't have any LEFTOVERS ....

Steamed, mashed butternut squash with chives was the veggie..

Breakfast: Same as usual .. 3 egg omelette for my wife and 3 scrambled eggs for me..

Made a wrap sandwich with Deli sliced ham, chopped onions, banana peppers, shredded mozzarella..... Heated a few seconds. That was all I wanted.

Breakfast will probably be oatmeal (which I have maybe once a week).

Tonight, two HUGE t-bone steaks that I bought at Food Lion yesterday, one for me and one for grandson. They had them marked down for quick sale. I just love a bargain. :D He will cook them on the charcoal grill. A baked potato and a salad to go with the steaks.

Morning cup of hazelnut flavored coffee and creamer, and a slice of buttered cinnamon raisin bread.

Lunch will be a mug of chicken noodle soup, a few saltines, and some red grapes.

Supper will be grilled marinated shrimp, seasoned green beans, and an encore baked potato.

I'm giving my digestive system a "rest" from all the heavy and rich food we've had the past few days.
