Yes, that was one of the 3 Executive orders he signed today that I posted about. I think that his freeze on federal hiring will be a good thing too. I read an article the other day that said 28% of Federal workers were thinking about quitting their jobs or retiring now that Trump has become President. From the slant of the news article it seems like most of the ones that are thinking this way are retirement age so they won't lose their pensions....and if they do retire...with the freeze in place no one can be hired to take their places. That means others will have to do their work and their own too. And of course Trump is going to get blamed if that happens too.
