We were raised on the traditional snacks of the Philippines. Mostly with the glutinous rice as the main ingredient, we feasted on Palitaw, biko, suman and other native snack food. There were also the banana cue and camote cue - fried banana on a stick and sweet potato on a stick as well. And for those time we have enough money, we could buy the porridge or the Chinese noodles called pancit.

How about you, what traditional snacks do you remember?
