Your dinner looks delish and the portion looks good. Though when I volunteered in a Long term care facility years ago a few of the residents vouched that the portions they served were inadequate. Mind you, it was a high paying institution.

I noticed a renewed tv show, called Name That Tune, that is filmed in Sidney. The audience is young, grandkid age for us, with no masks and no distancing done.

We have very little COVID here so lots of things are relaxed ...and everything’s open .

Our government went in early shut us all down ( the whole of Australia ) got on top of it ...opened up bit by bit
Anyone arriving in Aust has to do 14 days in hotel quarantine

So we are doing really well to have concerts ect for kids ...still some restrictions for weddings ect limit of 200
    at most events
Mind you it’s Australia Day today let’s see how many break the rules of 200 at a gathering

With Corn and Tomatoes on the plate, there's just GOT to be a saltshaker nearby!

The meal was already seasoned and did not require salt.

My feet and legs were hurting tonight so instead of taking my walker to the dining room I had tray service to my apartment. The chicken is with Watermellon/Cucumber Salad. Za Atar Chicken.jpg

    Funny you should post this.

Here's my post the end of last month of me making Za'atar flatbread for lunch. I bet it's good on chicken. It's a different kind of seasoning, isn't it? It has sumac and savory in it, as well as other spices.

Was that chicken grilled or done on the stove top?
