Well since there is a 7-11 across from the HS, after I drop off grandson I'll get two tickets. One quick pick and one with numbers my grandson gave me. Hope there isn't a long line...I may change my mind.

Money was actually the root cause of most of the persevering hatred as well as the greediness prevalent within my own dysfunctional family. How it all developed I never fully understood. Simply stated, my folks had 2 kids, my sister, born 12 years before I was, and me. My Dad offered my sister and her husband $3200 as a loan, down payment on a little house. They made a few payments back, then claimed they could not continue. Plenty of dough available, though for booze & cigarettes! My folks asked, pay only the interest, at least. Nothing. Meanwhile, I grew up and married, my folks were retiring, I positively couldn't leave by birthplace home, with all my tools, machinery, and so forth. My folks wanted to move to a little place in rural Michigan, so they sold me & my new wife the house, discounting the price to us, as a gesture similar to my sister's. That started a lifelong familial hatred based on MONEY! My sister demanded the difference we gained in buying the house cheaply, in cash. Now, they are all dead. Only my sister's kids remain, 2 nephews close to me, 3 nieces none of whom have contacted me in 30 years..........
