Yes, the week we celebrate shark movies, real-like shark stories and researchers talking about sharks. Found out this AM that Hammerheads are becoming extinct and that people on surf boards, awaiting that nice wave, are attracting sharks today much more than in previous years. In fact, this coming Friday, our complex will be showing the original movie, Jaws, by the pool with a keg, grilled hot dogs and popcorn. We will definitely be there! I remember, in 1975, when Jaws came out, I waited, with a date, for 45 minutes in line to get into a drive-in theater to see the movie. I loved it and like the first two that were made. Not a fan of the third and fourth.
Yes...the grandsons love sharks. The oldest surfs sometimes where there have been shark sightings...just recently the beach was closed in Santa Cruz where he sometimes goes because of sharks. Last time I was in Illinois visiting the little ones we watched Jaws....they hadnt seen it. I wasn't as scared this time. They were!!
