Oh, I agree that etiquette that must be taught and followed with the cell phone. Many of the same things can be said with people and their laptops. Now, don't get me wrong. There are times I want to jerk my sons phone buds out of his ear and smash his phone, but I like the safety that a cell phone has brought to my life. Parents are going to have to be vigilant in teaching cell phone etiquette.
