Most of you have experienced your cat's "silent meow". Our calico "Annie" did that one day last week....she just looked me in the eye and did a Meow with no sound! It means something, I'm sure..... H.P.
I know what it means. But that cat's not gonna say it out loud until she figures out how to use the can opener...then you'll find out what she really thinks of you!
Our little kitten was 6 month old before we heard the first meow. We though she could not talk now it is rare but she does meow.
