I ride the bus with a bus pass. I always use up more than the cost of the bus pass, even before half of the month is gone, so it's a great bargain. You can hop on and off anywhere and show your bus pass to the driver and get your seat to go anywhere on Oahu. I can't wait till I turn 65 to get my Senior Bus Pass when you pay $30 for 2 years. Now the bus pass is $60 a month. I found this praying mantis at a bus stop I was waiting at a few years ago. I was remembering it for not much of this happens to me very often. I drive but I've always looked forward to the day when I get a free bus pass to enjoy taking rides without the stress of driving.. but the age has been raised in England (not Scotland) from 60 to 66 for anyone who was born after 1952 ...so I have still a long time to wait...in the meantime there's talk of the government 'saving money' and removing the free bus pass from seniors completely, so by the time I get to entitlement age they may no longer exists.
