Come here and Post about the pit and the peak of your day.. ( the best and the worst part)....

It's morning here , so I'll post about my pit and peak for yesterday...

My Peak : Have a little less pain in my shoulders which enabled me to get out in the beautiful hot sunshine yesterday and mow the lawns.. and get a few things done in the house which have been overdue

My Pit - Not being able to sleep well due to sinusitis... (if anyone know what's the best meds for sinusitis I'd be grateful to know)

Holly, have you ever tried tinctures (A. Vogel) You put the drops in very little water and drink it down
You can find them on Amazon or health shops
Type in your problem on Amazon page and see what comes up. I'm sure they do a tincture for your problem
    They are really good too
As for peaks, very rare Holly  :p

Yesterday my Peak was not coming down with that nasty virus that is running through my Family right now.

My Pit the arthritis pain and stiffness in my back and hip has not let up much since Sunday and it is really aggravating me and preventing me from doing what I want to do.

oooh believe me Babs I know how you feel..apart from the pain, the frustration of not being able to get things that are so needed done..doesn't help with my mood.. and also currently it's too painful for me to drive so I'm stuck in the house getting Cabin fever and looking at everything that needs done that I can't do...viscous circle.. hope you feel a bit better soon

    ooops ... back to Topic...

Well, actually two "peaks" and two "pits" for us:

Peak.......Halloween costumes are completely ready for a party tonight, but see "pit" below.:D
Peak.......TV repair came out yesterday to fix our HD 46" tv. Replaced to components on Main Board. TV fully came on.:D

Pit.........Most likely won't go to the party tonight due to chilly temps:mad:. I would have to put on 1/2 of my costume in the parking lot where the party is. I can't fit into vehicle in full costume. I had to take two otc nasal congestion med last night. Will have to wait until next year.
Pit........Turned on tv last night, but wouldn't fully come on. Finally came on. Called repairman to come out and take a look again. Paid $155 for the repair, but not repaired yet.

Well, neither of us want to get sick, that’s for sure. This party would’ve been fun, but sometimes a plan just doesn’t work out. Unfortunately, money and time put into the costumes, but....

TV man coming back out this afternoon to see what’s wrong with tv. Really need to have this fixed now, but getting a new 49” 4K one on Black Friday.

Cody rather than pay out for an expensive TV repair as you'll be getting a new TV on Black friday, can you not just watch TV on your computers for now (especially if you have large screen monitors )... I know it's annoying to have to do that but it wouldn't be for too long and it would save some pretty pennies..

Sorry to hear you won't be able to go to your party given that your costumes are all ready...

Still early here, guess my peak is that Pickles let me sleep a little longer today. Got up around 4:15! I'm feeling lazy though so that could be my pit, I need to do a few things today so I better get moving.

Have already paid him. Turned it off when he left. Called my wife a few minutes after repairman left and she heard me turn it on with no problems. Turned it on last night and it was clicking again, without coming on. We were both shocked and upset ( to say the least. After a number of clicks, it finally came on. Doing the same clicking, but not coming on this AM.

We have a small tv in our bedroom, but it size is too hard for us to watch anymore. Since we’ve already paid for the big one’s repair, either want money refunded or it repaired. If money is refunded, will have to watch small one for awhile.
We don’t watch tv on our computer.

No. It’s a bad small/tiny IC (integrated circuit). When he showed it to me (still on the PCBA), I knew it was an IC. Years ago, I worked for two different electronics companies in their stockroom (full of electronic parts). The one company I worked for as a Stockroom Supervisor, made industrial and medical lasers.

Anyway, he is going to replace this IC component, but he has to do it at his home. Will return the PCB to us and install this evening.

There will be no charge. Wife and I just hope this new IC will solve our problem.
