I'm a huge horror buff, so I can't believe I somehow missed this movie, which is now a series of movies and also a television series. I also like Bruce Campbell, which makes me doubly puzzled, since he was even in the original one back in 1981. I think I was too busy going to school and working back then to catch the latest movies, and after that, i was busy moving and working my butt off to survive, so I guess it's understandable that I missed it, but I'm still disappointed in myself. Apparently it's become a cult film with a huge following. I watched it last night on Starz. I'm glad I caught it, because it ends tomorrow, and now I can move on to the others in the series. It's very campy, which is good, because I don't like the overly bloody films that look too realistic. Here's a link to the imdb page for the 1981 movie. Apparently Starz just renewed the television series for a 2nd season, so I'll have to look for season 1.
