I've been reading where West Virginia is setting up an app for smart phones, to vote in the upcoming election. I haven't gotten all the details, but my mind strayed a bit. Butt dialing has been around for a couple of decades. From the looks of things butt- voting even longer. So kudos to West Virginia for making the latter more readily available.
The further the voter gets from the polls, the more likely corruption and fraud will be there. Sad to hear WV is doing this.
It's only for those living or serving in the military abroad. I'm sure it's not foolproof and will most likely be exploited.
