It's the First Day of Summer in the Northern Hemisphere, and it's also our 25th or Silver Wedding Anniversary! BUT WAIT..... If I had stayed married to my FIRST wife, this year would have been our 50th or Golden Wedding Anniversary! Any regrets? Not a one! Hal & Judy
Happy summer to you all. I reached 75 F. here yesterday for the first time this year, and it is supposed to be even warmer today. This is the Solstice Festival in Fairbanks, and they play baseball all night long without artificial lighting, as there is no need at this time of year.
@Don Alaska My wife spent a year in Delta Junction with her 1st. husband; they were just kids, he was the only Carpenter stationed with the Army in AK then. I asked her yesterday about the "midnight sun", thinking it perhaps set around midnight, to rise again maybe an hour later. She said no, it actually turned kind of like dusk, then began to get bright again. They married right out of high school, he was drafted shortly after, sent to AK; she followed, alone, first time ever flying at age 18......she had that same gumption when I met her at age 26! Frank
It has to be. The solstice sun shines directly through the portal. That almost has to be planned but how and who?
There are just too many of these kinds of things for it to ALL be coincidence, in my opinion. I have read about the alignments with the constellations from the Great Pyramid, and that had to be even more precise. My thought is that many of these things we thought were some kind of primitive burial monuments are not that at all, but remnants of a much earlier advanced civilization.
