About 2 years ago, we bought a fruiting startruit that is 3 feet high that is planted in a rubber pot. That rubber pot is more expensive than the tree. Anyway, the tree continued growing and fruiting. Yesterday, we noticed that there is an obvious water logging in the pot. That means the water cannot go down, maybe the bottom is clogged. We tried lifting the rubber pot to relocate and check the bottom. Unfortunately, it wouldn't budge because the roots have grown past the bottom surface of the rubber pot and had planted itself on the ground. Now, we are thinking of how to make the water flow down to the bottom. We had used a thick wire like pricking the soil but to no avail.
