https://m.washingtontimes.com/news/2019/apr/14/emmanuel-deshawn-aranda-arrested-after-5-year-old-/ Could not believe my ears when I heard this..but my eyes knew . I was crying without even realizing at first. I say castrate this SOB and throw him over the railing !
I read this yesterday, absolutely horrific ...I agree Gloria sometimes an eye for an eye seems the only fitting punishment!!
I hope the little boy survives and thrives. This is so terrifying. They had tips on the news for what to do to prevent this from happening. The tips may help, but it probably took only a few seconds. The animal who did this should spend the rest of his life behind bars. What is almost as inhumane is the lack of long term imprisonment - actual time behind bars, for people who murder or assault children, whether it's their child or someone else's.
He went there looking for someone to kill. -- MSN News Originally, the reports were that the man was a Somali immigrant, which may well be true, given the large immigrant population there, but news reports are no longer mentioning his nationality or immigrant status, which is not surprising.
Apparently a Gofundme type of thing has raised $650,000 for this little boy and his family , I hope to God He lives and survives with no life lasting injuries, bless his little heart!!
I think he died. At least some of the news reports are that he had died, but I don't know. I'm not finding that online.
I heard that on the radio, but our radio station alternates its news sources so I don't know who it came from.
The little boy is improving. https://www.yahoo.com/gma/man-threw...y-looking-064900300--abc-news-topstories.html The family of a 5-year-old boy who was thrown from the third-floor balcony at the Mall of America released a hopeful update on Friday, saying that despite "a long road ahead," the boy is "showing real signs of recovery." "We have good news to share with you on this Good Friday," the family said in a statement. "Our miracle child is showing real signs of recovery. New test results have been positive, though he remains in intensive care with a long road ahead. Our faith in God and our savior Jesus is strong, and we are gaining more reason for optimism day by day. We continue to appeal for privacy as we focus on our son, and thank you for respecting our wishes. Just know that we absolutely feel your overwhelming love, prayers and support, for they seem to be working. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts."
